Resolved - The issue has been resolved. We found an hourly job that runs on our database servers that was causing unexpected load on the servers. This was consequently breaking all the sites that rely on this database.

Fools, again we are very sorry for the website instabilities. Thanks for being patient as we resolved the issue and stay Foolish!

Update - We're continuing to investigate the database issues. The outage is causing extended downtime on some portions of our site.

Investigating - The website blips are continuing due to this database issue that we are still investigating. We have recently collected some more advanced logging which we are hopeful will lead us to the underlying issue. Again Fools, we do apologize for the site disruptions and we are working diligently to get them resolved.

All Premium websites, Fool.com order pages, and internal admin tools.

Monitoring - Most issues related to this seem to have been resolved by work Foolish engineers performed through Friday evening and Saturday. We've noticed a few related problems that should be resolved Monday. This incident will remain open until that time.

Update - We are continuing to have small issues related to our database servers. We have engineers looking into the issue, this affected all sites with a small blip while the database servers failed over.

Apologies for the continued interruptions, Fools. We are working to get the sites stable again and we will update here once we have an update.
