Resolved - The CMS application has been stable since 2:30pm. It is in general running a little slow and we are still investigating the cause of this but we are no longer experience website stability issues. Fools, Thanks for holding in there while we got things back online!

Monitoring - The application is now backup and stable. We are still looking for the root cause, but we have removed the database load balancing component that was causing the problem.

We will be investigating further to either replace for fix the broken component. Fools, sorry for all the troubles!

Investigating - The CMS app is still having intermittent issues. Please be patience as we get everything back to 100%. We think we found a configuration issue that we are implementing right now.

Monitoring - What was affected?
The app is still running a bit slow but it is now accessible.
Editorial CMS had intermittent connectivity from 9:48 - 11:32 EDT

What happened?
We have identified some inefficient database calls that caused very long page load times and intermittent failures.

What are we doing?
The application is still running sub-optimally but it is accessible. We are continuing to look into optimizing and tuning the application to solve the slow response time.

What happened?
Authentication services was down for about 5 minutes as a deployment was accidentally deployed to all servers instead of one at a time.

Resolved - We found a configuration issue on the application servers that was not noticed until this morning The issue is resolved and the scorecard application is fully operational again.. Apologies for the outage Fools!

Resolved - The issue with some of our premium services has been identified and linked to a portion of our caching tier interacting with certain pages on premium services. The two teams responsible will be working together today to correct the issue and we should be able to banish those gremlins. Fool on!

Update - There is an ongoing issue with the Fool One homepage intermittently not responding. If you experience an issue, please attempt to load the page in a few minutes. Other premium and free services do not appear affected at this time.
